Delegates will be staying at the Hampton Inn and Quality Inn. The hotels are located right next to each other with only a 5 minute drive to campus.

Check-In
Check-in will be from 3:00 pm-7:00 pm in the Livingston Room of the Quality Inn. All conference guests should arrive here first to receive conference packets and hotel assignments.
Parking
There is free parking at all of the hotels throughout the weekend. If you are driving to and from the conference, you are more than welcome to park your car on campus or at the hotels for the weekend and use the shuttle. However, there is limited space in our campus parking lots, so we encourage you to use the shuttles for your transportation. If you do decide to park on campus, there will be space available in the lower portion of lot S and lot U.
Shuttles
For schools flying into Rochester or taking the train/bus into Rochester, we will be providing shuttles in order to help delegations get to Geneseo. Our conference staff will be reaching out to your delegation after registration closes to gather more information about your arrival. There will be a shuttle system to and from the school and hotel, but is currently being established.
Security
To ensure that our weekend is safe and fun, Geneseo's University Police Department (UPD) will be making walkthroughs in all of our event areas including; Bailey Hall, Welles Hall, College Union, and the parking lot! In addition to UPD, volunteers will be stationed at all event locations helping to make sure the events are running smoothly, and our Geneseo First Response Team will be on call.
