Banners, Display, and Roll Call
Banners:
Banners are an optional, but entertaining, way to get your delegation involved in the conference! The banner should be no more than 3 x 5 ft. or it will be disqualified. Please refrain from using heavy materials on your banner so that we can hang them up for the region to see! Banners are judged on:

-20% Relation to the conference theme
-20% Aesthetic value
-20% Description of school
-20% Creation by school delegation
Displays:
In addition to the banner, create a display (usually a 3-D model of some sort, but who am I to limit the boundaries of art)! The display will be judged by the Conference Staff. Criteria:
A.Creativity/ Originality
B. Relation to the conference theme
C. Aesthetic value and general appearance
D. How descriptive a display is of a school
E. Relevant information available to delegates about programs presented at schools (handouts, leaflets, etc.)
F. Relevant information available to delegates about school's residence halls and RHA (handouts, leaflets, etc.)

Roll Call:
Every school has the opportunity to shine during roll call at the Opening Ceremonies of the 2018 Super Marty-O Regional Leadership Conference! You have the option to either pre-record a video and/or give a short performance when your institution is called upon. All we ask is that your act is no more than 2 minutes and that you bring your own props. If you have video submissions or need to request microphones/other accommodations, please send them in an email to rlc18.banquet@gmail.com no later than October 27th.
